Traditional Detached HomesAt the time of the initial sales release, the homes were being pre-sold without models out of a sales office of a near-by sister community. In addition to being a moderate distance from the actual community, the models of the "borrowed" community's sales office featured floor plans and spec level that differed significantly from Veridia's, and often set preconceived expectations of its prospective buyers. Once the sister community sold out, Veridia's sales agent was left to sell and close the remainder of the homes out of a construction trailer on-site.
