Markethouse Lofts, a four-story mid-rise community located in San Jose, was only one of two loft projects available at that time. Markethouse Lofts included 53 units with five floor plans ranging in size from 968 square feet to just under 1,500 square feet. Each unit had two stories and expansive glass facades.
