ICON evolved from the historic Carnation factory, a fixture in the East Village art district for decades. The design includes the original Carnation facade, a feature that inspired the modular architecture of the project. Icon features four linked, multi-story buildings, including a 24-story tower overlooking the new Petco Park ballpark. To take full advantage of this unprecedented view, this tower features a rooftop stadium viewing terrace - Icon's SkyBox.
